# Cancel Trial OR Subscription

If you have already started a 7-day trial, this is how you can cancel a subscription.

**On Website**

If you started the trial or got the subscription via our website - you would have received an email from our payment processor, Paddle. If you did not get it, just search "Your Subscription from Makkajai"

In the email, you can then click on the "Cancel Subscription" link -

You can also write to us at support@makkajai.com with the email that you used to subscribe and we can cancel it for you.

**On App Store**

If you started a trial or bought a subscription on an iOS device via the App Store, this is how you can cancel it - you have to do it via the settings app as described in the below link -

Note that deleting the app doesn't end the subscription. Also, we don't have direct access to manage your subscription, Apple gives this option only to you.

**On Google Play**

If you started a trial or bought a subscription on an Android device, this is how you can cancel it. Go to the below link on your device and tap on "Cancel a subscription" and follow the process.

You can also write to us at support@makkajai.com with the Google play email id that you used to subscribe and we can cancel it for you.

**Refund**

If you got charged without intending to, just write to us at support@makkajai.com and we'll help you out.
