How can I get my child's account and info deleted?

If you’d like to have your child’s Monster Math account and all associated data permanently deleted from our servers, simply write to us at [email protected].

Please include the words "opt out" in the body of your email, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Once we process your request, the following will happen:

• Your child’s account will be permanently deleted

• All related data, including progress and profiles, will be erased from our servers

• You will no longer be able to access the account or retrieve any past progress

This process is in line with our commitment to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection regulations.
