# How can I get my child's account and info deleted?

If you’d like to have your child’s Monster Math account and all associated data permanently deleted from our servers, simply follow these steps:

1. Click on "My Account" from the side menu

2. Click on "Delete Account"

3. Enter your email address to receive the verification code

4. Tell us why you would like to delete your account and continue to verification


Once we process your request, the following will happen:

- Your child’s account will be permanently deleted

- All related data, including progress and profiles, will be erased from our servers

- You will no longer be able to access the account or retrieve any past progress


This process is in line with our commitment to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection regulations.
