# How can I opt out from receiving emails?

If you’d like to stop receiving emails from us, you can easily unsubscribe in one of the following ways:

### Option 1:

Click the **‘Unsubscribe’** link at the bottom of any email you’ve received from Monster Math. You’ll be automatically removed from our mailing list.

### Option 2:

If you can’t find the unsubscribe link or are having trouble, just write to us at **support@makkajai.com** and we’ll manually unsubscribe you.

Unsubscribing will stop all promotional and update emails, but you may still receive essential account-related communication (if applicable).
